Unique mouth watering food, cool atmosphere, very friendly staff

Dinner and dessert was amazing. It's a very cool place to sit and eat an amazing meal. Can't wait for the milkshake bar to be open!

Looked at some of the reviews on here, came here and expected good food, walked out more full then i could imagine on amazing food and awesome portions. I will be back forsure

Easily one of my favorite restaurant experiences! My girlfriend and I just moved into the area, and with my love of burgers we had to make this our first eatery to try.The service was prompt, friendly, and our waitress was very informative! The food is absolutely delicious, and their taste in music is (in my own personal opinion) very on-point.I think I've found my new favorite place to go out and eat. I'd recommend the Chop Shop to anyone looking to visit or live in Butler.(I'd also like to note that I gave the 666th review of this place. Make of that what you will.)

Great Reuben! The wrap was also good. The fries and tots were good.... Not great.... But the sandwich was a 5 star.

Great food, atmosphere, and decor. Came here with my father recently and everything we had was delicious. The server, Patrick, did his job very well and was quite friendly.

Great atmosphere and fun menu. Plenty of variety for everyone. We had the tater to poutine and a hummus dish. Just as an FYI they don't serve alcohol. Again that's not a knock. Just informational. 100% recommend for families too.

My dad and i drove 90 minutes to get here unsure if it was going to be worth it. Only thing i have to say is i gave the waitrrss my personal address so i can get a togo menu. We will be back. Service was average at the start but excelled after that. Food was amazing. And I do not like BBQ but loved the pulled pork. Very interesting atmosphere, loved all the decorations. For the price, the portions are amazing and had amazing taste. We will be back.

So-so experience. The menu looked exciting but the food I tried (sampled friends' items and my own) was mediocre at best. The sandwich I ordered came without 2/3 of the toppings, which were very specific to that particular item. But beyond the food, the aesthetic was great and the physical menu was original and fun. The waitress was beyond pleasant and accommodating. I will try again in the future.

Oh God. It was so good. Great comfortable atmosphere. Very vegan friendly. If you are on the fence, consider this your push.

Great food great service good prices

This is by far the best place in Butler to eat. The waitress are great. I took my gf for lunch and she lived it. The food is made fresh prices are great. The first time I went here I took my buddy out to lunch because he was having a huge women problem and a broken heart. This is a place you can actually enjoy good conversation while u dine. The food here is a 10 star the he'll with this 5 star

Absolutly wonderful food it is a little wait but we'll worth it. Visiting from all the way from myrtle beach and by far the best burger place I have ever eaten at.

Varied menu. I had the nachos with chicken which were very good. Not at all what I expected based on sidewalk appearance. Very clean. Staff friendly.

The Chop Shop was recommended to me by a local and it's easy to see why. The decor is really cool. It really does look like a place where you'd get awesome stuff done to your car. The whole vibe is about local, local, local. From the food sources to the staff to the commitment to Main Street, The Chop Shop is all about Butler. I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was very tasty. The coleslaw topping was a nice touch. Drink served in Mason jars. Food served in boxes and tiny buckets. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and a truly unique atmosphere. Rock music and brick walls brought me back to the 90's, with some modern touches. Plenty of open space so you don't feel clustered and fast service.

This is a place that we would have kept walking by based on what it looked like on the outside, but after going inside, that's just their aesthetic. The burger I had was very good. The fries were delicious. They have some wacky stuff like deep fried PB&J, which I plan to try when I go back!

Picked up after a call in order, the food is delicious! They did forget my cheesecake, but offered to bring it to my house, and gave us two cookies for the inconvenience. I will definitely oder from The Chop Shop again, and once open for dine in will come in and enjoy the food and atmosphere.Awesome restaurant, with great people! Support your local businesses!!

Always something new and good on the menu. Lots to choose from off of the menu. Can always get something different each time you return. Also it is BYOB. Cool vintage items in the restaurant and very clean and friendly staff.

Busy, but good. Worth the wait. Had burger and it was quite good. We also had the sadness bowl, get that, you won't be sad.

Great food, great sevice. Also one of the only restaurants in the Butler area to actually offer more then one plant based meal. And every one of them is hands down scrumptious.

Love the Vegan options, even though I don't love that lifestyle. I have some friends that do, they have more than a few options here. I got a Hummus wrap myself and it was awesome. They also take care of my old friend who is always getting her unsweetened ice tea there.

Definitely one of the greatest places to eat in Butler. The fries are cooked to perfection, crispy outside with soft inside. The burgers are great and made to order, with a wide range of ingredients for building your own. Wait staff is friendly, and the menu selection is definitely unique, with fare such as hare tacos and beet burgers. Definitely stop in.

Backfire -Buffalo chicken N rice wrap with onion straws (sauce on the side) ...my new favorite!! The Rootbeer cheesecake was delicious! Great service!

I left there with an absolute food baby waiting to be born. Everything from the fried pretzels, the nirvana burger, and the cheesecake to end it off was perfect. Next time I'm in Butler, I'm bringing more friends

Great service and delicious food one of my favorite restaurant!!

The atmosphere is great. And the service is exceptional. The food each day is a wonderful adventure. As you read the menu, your mouth waters, but when the food is pleasantly served, it NEVER disappoints. BTW. I have a severe allergy to wheat. They have always come up with a winner each time. It's nice to know a Chef, knows having such an alergy doesn't mean to give up flavor. Everything we've eaten is better than the next.

Really cool restaurant with great food. Vegetarian items are highlighted rather than an after thought. The lentil black bean burger is fresh and holds together well- and tastes amazing. I’ll definitely be going back to try more of the menu. Service was quick, byob is an option. Clean space and friendly service

I cannot count the number of times I have eaten at The Chop Shop. Bill and his team know what they are doing. This is a restaurant that I can 100% recommend to anyone. Their staff is fantastic! Their food is delicious! And every time I leave I am looking forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and check them out. My current favorite is their Pot Roast Wrap.

This place is just great!!!! All the reviews are not wrong it is a great venue. I used to go once a week if not twice a week to enjoy the people and food. That stopped unfortunately for a couple of years. The wife and I decided to stop in last night after a benefit to get some food. Man I missed the environment and that food. The Eternal Damnation is what I returned with and a cup of Cheeseburger Soup. The quality has not changed since it opened, amazing for most restaurants. Well Played Bill we will be seeing alot more of this place in the future!!!!

Drove almost an hour to check this place out and was not disappointed!! The atmosphere is great with alot of vintage car decor. Loved the open kitchen concept...its a nice change to see the cooks at work and vice versa they can see the customers. Very laid back place and the food was amazing! Highly recommend the Porker burger. We will definitely make this drive again to try more.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time

I changed my review to 5 stars. This place is literally PERFECT! The staff is great. I get amazing, hot, and fresh food everytime we order from here. I am currently ADDICTED to the backfire wrap. If you don't eat here when in Butler then you just aren't living your life right!
